1. WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY: Warranty will be covered for 12 months unless otherwise specified. Bridal-Jewellery does not deal with warranty and the manufacturer is the point of contact. All costs with return and delivery will be borne by the buyer.
2. DISPATCH: items will be dispatched between 1 to 3 working days, pending on stock availability, and suppliers stock availability. Buyers will be notified if unforeseen circumstance arises.
3. DELIVERY: please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after items are sent. Excludes weekends and holidays. Delivery charges are free!
4. DELIVERED ITEMS: Bridal-Jewellery is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any items.
5. TITLE AND RISK: All risk and title in the Goods will pass to you at the time the Goods are dispatch to the nominated delivery address. Bridal-Jewellery undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but Bridal-Jewellery will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the Goods in transit.
6. RETURNS POLICY: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect the Goods and notify Bridal-Jewellery of any defects (as defined by the manufacturer's warranty). Bridal-Jewellery will replace the defective Goods if it is notified of the defect within 7 days from the date of delivery.
      Bridal-Jewellery is not responsible for any warranty service if it is not notified within 7 days from the date of delivery.
      Please choose your purchase carefully. Bridal-Jewellery does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong selection. Refunds will only be provided if Bridal-Jewellery cannot replace a defective Good.
